My model is working great aside from one small issue. The numlock, when pressed, does turn the indicator on but with a system sound. This does not happen with the capslock. When the numlock is supposed to be on, the number pad ends up being inactive for letters and numbers, instead of just the number?
1 The sound problem may be related to your host system. What kind of host are you connected to? What kind of system is in the host?
2 Normally, When numlock is turned on, the numeric keypad can type numbers, but not letters. Do you mean that when numlock is turned on, the numeric keypad (such as the U, I, O keys) can't type numbers? This problem may also be related to the system in the host. Please try to connect to another host, preferably a computer host.
Hi I am interested in purchasing the CrowPanel Advance 3.5" to build a car dash display. Currently I am using a 4d systems display with a seperate esp32 but his setup has some drawback when updating the ui as one needs to update both components separately. Is your display capable of updating the ui from the same place as you udpate the code? as I would like the ability for users to customise there own interface.
Sorry, we didn't understand what you meant. Regarding UI, you can directly generate UI files in Squareline Studio. Please describe what you want to achieve in detail, or take a video to tell us.
Thank you for reaching out and for sharing information about the Crowbot Bolt. I apologize for the delay in my response. I appreciate your patience.I am very interested in trying a sample for our upcoming summer class starting the first week of June. The kit seems like a fantastic addition to enhance our students' leaming in coding, robotics, and Al.Could you kindly provide more detailed information about the product? I am especially interested to know if the kit includes lesson plans, tutorials, or curriculum support materials that we can integrate into our program. These resources would be highly valuable in ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for our studente. I look forward to your reply and further details. Thank you once again for considering us for this opportunity.

I have found the link to the Android app on your website...
I have downloaded it, and now I am successful connected to the GrowCube device.
What I am missing in the app is the ability to select a plant.
I can search within the app, but the list with search results is always empty. Is this a bug?
Can you help me with this?
May I ask What phone model you are using? Because this Android version of the App has some compatibility issues with tablets and Google phones, please make sure you are not using such phones/tablets. Please use other phones to try again.
How do I turn of the audio alerts on it? The normal meshtastic audio controls dont seem to work for this device.
Regarding your question about disabling the audio alerts:
Unfortunately, this feature is not currently supported due to limitations in the current version of the Meshtastic app. You may need to wait for a future update from the Meshtastic official team that includes support for this feature.
I don't know exactly who to send this email to. I have now tested the CrowPanel Advance 7.0-HMI ESP32 AI display and would like to give you feedback on a specific point for the product developers.
The display is basically great with a lot of technical innovations. But there is one point why I can't use it in the end. A basic feature of a display is that the brightness can be controlled. This is not possible with this display. Therefore, I suggest this improvement for a future version:
Replace the active buzzer with a passive buzzer. For advanced sound there is the amplifier on the I2S bus anyway. The passive buzzer can simply be controlled by the IO extender. The free pin IO8 can then be used for PWM control of the display. Then the display would be perfect!
we have a new hardware version(version 1.2 ) of this device. This new version can adjust the brightness
There is question about GrowCube.
How much litres per hour is the irrigation flow capacity?
Thanks.
Regarding your question , here is some information:
Traffic:0.3-1.2LPM, the maximum suction lift: 5 m
received the display, and after a few days of testing, I’m experiencing an issue with the touchscreen.
Even when using the same SW code that was previously entered, the touchscreen often doesn’t work—it requires restarting the device (turning it off and on) to make it function again.
Since the code remains unchanged, I believe this is not a software issue.
In my opinion, it could be a problem with the device's internal power supply.
I have checked the connections on the back of the device and can confirm that they are solid and well connected.
I have tried multiple chargers with high amperage, but that hasn’t helped.
How can we resolve this?
Here are some questions that need your help to clarify or troubleshooting methods we recommend:
1 When you say the touch screen is not working, do you mean the screen display is problematic or the touch function is problematic? Please describe the problem in detail.
2 Are you using your own program or the demo/example program we provide? Please try the simpler demo/example program we provide first, such as Lesson 2 or Lesson 5 of the YouTube course.
3 In addition, please make sure that the power input is 5V, and do not connect it to a higher voltage than 5V to avoid damaging the crowpanel.

As I expected: COMPILATION ERROR.
Whatever I tried started with that lvgl.h error... then wire.h error.
This is rubbish.
The error message shows that the file (lvgl.h) cannot be found.
· 1 Please go to the Arduino IDE runtime library path (the way to find this path is as shown below) to find out whether there is such a file in this path.

· 2 It is also possible that the library files we provided are not placed in the right path. Please click file-->preferences and take a screenshot for us to check. Or double check if you place the libraries file according to the image above.
I bought the pi adapter for the crow note but am having issues getting the crow note to show the pi’s screen.
I tried to log into / create my account but all that happened is that some Chinese(?) characters pop up.
As this is the English language part of the website and I don’t speak Chinese this is extremely unhelpful.
I need serious assistance and there does not appear to be any section of the website that offers “how to” videos.
1 Note that the switch on bridge board A should be turned on

2 You can remove a bridge board or remove both bridge boards A and B and connect them directly with wires to rule out hardware problems with any of the bridge boards. If the problem still exists, you can try to use other USB or HDMI ports on the Raspberry Pi to connect to the Crowview Note to rule out problems with a certain port on the Raspberry Pi.
