Can I add a gps to the thinknode m2 device? I bought it without reading carefully that it did not have one as standard and I do need one for my use case.
I'm very sorry. You can't add GPS on it. This device does not have this function/ interface reserved.
what kind of battery can i use for the 1.54 inch e-paper hmi display?
Voltage requirement: 3.7V, interface type: SH1.0-2Pin socket. Just purchase the battery that meets these specifications and connect it directly.
It needs to be purchased from another website. We don't have it here.
I tried everything and watched your videos, but the screen is just black.
Was the screen normal when you received it from us ?
Can you please try downloading the factory firmware to the device and see if the screen displays normally? This will help rule out hardware issues.
Factory firmware:

Could you please provide instructions on how to update the device firmware?

No, it cannot.
Hi, unfortunately I'm having an issue with my CrowView Note... the keyboard and mouse work intermittently. I'm using it with a Raspberry Pi 5. I was wondering if perhaps there is a fault with the USB adapter.
Please kindly troubleshoot and locate the issue. For example:
1. Try connecting directly with a USB and HDMI cable instead of the USB adapter.
2. Alternatively, connect the Crowview Note directly to a Windows computer instead of the Raspberry Pi , then see if the keyboard and mouse function properly.
i have this screen : DIS08001R(SH080T ),the touch function is not functioning well , how to fix this issue
1. First, make sure you've connected a USB cable from your computer to the monitor's USB port.
2. Then, make sure the USB cable is a data-capable one. Some USB cables only have charging capabilities, not data transfer capabilities. You can also try using a different USB cable.
3. If you still experience issues, please take a video and send it to us for further analysis. Please include all the steps/tests and the problem/faulty symptoms in the video.
